M/s Krishna Internet Services - deficiency in service

I Anurag Gupta R/O GH 5 and 7/98, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi 110087 had applied for the broadband internet connection on 7th April 2010 at M/s Krishna Internet Services.
Address 1 : A – 32, Nihal Vihar, New delhi – 110041
Address 2 : 601, Vishal Tower, Janak Puri, New Delhi - 110058
They said that they have 3 connection of different service providers namely
1. Sify Broadband
2. Geonet
3. Spectranet
So I opted for sify Bradband internet connection of 3 GB/ with 256 Kbps downloading speed. They promised me the transferring speed of 30 Kbps.
I paid following charges against Form No: NN 103262 (SM_MA1170Y is their internet reference number)
1. Rs 250/- as installation charges and
2. Rs 450/- as monthly Advance rental
I logged following complain with Sify customer care, Sify Customer care Head in Bangalore and M/s Krishna Internet Services wide Complain No.25630 dated 28 April 2010.
1. Transfer speed is in between 0.7 Kbps to 5.5Kbps
2. Connection is intermittently down for 30 min to 5 hrs.
3. Connector was loose and not properly fabricated.
4. The power supply of the HUB of M/s Krishna Internet Services was power backed-up. So I got dis-connected during power failure. They said it will take 30 days to replace new battery of UPS.
5. My IP was clashing with some other user so I was not able access the bradband service when required.
They tried to solve all the problems but not satisfactory. So I approached M/s Krishna Internet Services to change my connection from Sify to some other service provider which give better service than Sify Broadband. So they suggested me for the for Geonet broadband connection.
I took same plan of 3Gb with 256 Kbps speed wide receipt number 133. My connection was activated with new User ID and password on 14 May 2010. The services offered by M/s Krishna Internet Services in this internet connection was even worse. It is almost down for days together. I availed this facility for about 5 days and rest of the time either system was down or speed was very less. I had given call to the owner of M/s Krishna Internet Services several times. But every time he says that as he had acquired this company few days back so he don’t know much about it.I had to do my official work from my home on weekends. But the connection was very uncertain and I have to go to cyber café to do to that job.

I am an engineer by profession and working in an esteem telecom organization. I have many other commitments other than this internet connection in my life. In this competitive world one has to be very prompt in delivering his best in the fast moving corporate world. I am some where lacking in delivering my best just because of the deficiency in service provided by M/s Krishna Internet Services. I had under gone so much pain and agony at times when data was urgently required by my company and I was helpless as it was early morning or late night when no cyber café was opened.
I want my money to be refunded for the three months and the amount which I had paid in cyber café even though I have psedo-internet connection at my home.
