yeh, it's just that there's loads of software to convert almost every type of video fomat
but there's none yet for mpeg4
...i actually want to convert my video into images..
i can't find one which supports mpeg4 ..

Use Mencoder. Its a command line utility , but it has many GUI frontends in both Linux and Windows.

Use Mencoder. Its a command line utility , but it has many GUI frontends in both Linux and Windows.
It is a part of the Mplayer package

well the post b4 this wasnt thought out so....
u can download virtual dub from here.....its very small .... made by some coll kid... plus no installation required...
and a conversion tutorial....
