Airtel Broadband might face speed problems between May 23 - 27

Just got an SMS related to some under sea cable maintenance. Airtel speeds might go bad during the above mentioned period.

Already facing issues! Net keeps disconnecting, and I'm not getting more than 256kbps on Turbo 1299 🙁
 
pings were breaking at my end. i am not facing problems overall though.
 

any idea, which cable is going under maintenance. and any idea abt when the EIG cable is going live ?
 
A great way to kick-start my experiences with Airtel. Switched to Airtel BB today after being a 5-year loyal subscriber of BSNL BB.
 
I'm experiencing problems streaming videos that are barely over 512kbs, when I'm on a 2mbs connection. *sigh*
 
Isnt it better that Airtel just tells us when their network will work fine? Like "Airtel will work fine from 28th - 29th May." instead of telling every other day that n/w will be down? That will make more sense 😛
