Yes most of us are aware of this. Its not a plan, its a promotional scheme (only for April 2010 month) for all Unlimited Plans...
 
Yes, We all know about that special scheme. It would be nice if this change stays permanent 🙂
 
I am told by a BSNL officer that the scheme is likely to continue beyond april 2010.

My friend had asked the DGM of BSNL and he said that these Speed upgrades are only for the month of April 2010.🙁

I really would hope that they continue this upgrade....No official news yet.
