i called them up yesterday regarding the same thing. They said they have sent the list to the server room ( !!! ) and so it could be updated already but when i told them its not reflecting yet in the service records, they asked me to check with the helpdesk ( another number to contact them at .. hmm ). And the poor helpdesk lady said that all engineers had left for the day and hence she dint know the status.
i cant check the status on the net now since i use a mac and the site doesnt work on firefox or safari. bsnl is still living in the previous century.
bsnl sucks.

Well of course ders a way to open dataone portal on Firefox! Jus get da IE Tab extension frm firefox's developer site..... heres da link > Link!

aft goin to dat page.... make sure u visit dat link in ur firefox..... upon clickin dat link, hit "Install Now" button n it wil pop-up a window askin to install..... allow it to do so...... aft dat re-start ur firefox by closing it n opening again.....

Next right clik on this url http://10.240.144.195 n upon right-clikin u wud find a new option called " Open Link in IE Tab " da new tab wil open n der u can login into ur account as normally u wud on ur IE.......

sign of hope here.. 😀just checked the service records for HOMEUL 900+.. it's showing me the data exchange.. but the HOME500 too is on.. on selecting all services.. it adds up the HOME500 + HOMEUL900+ amount.. what's going on? will i still have to pay for the extra HOME500 usage?
 
well, in my user info, it says:Current Service Plan- HOME UL 900 Plus so, it means now its done right?

IE Tab works only on windows nizar. I use a mac. I will check the new link to see if it works on firefox on mac.i guess it should since it works for you ppl.
I still dont understand why the usage should be available only on a dataone connection. Am at work right now and there is no way i can check my account status. sucks !
Dont understand whats the point of having essential 24/7 services hosted on intranets.

Oh well phreak... actually da majority of users here at this forum r windows users.... so i didnt bother to mention dat procedure wud work for windows OS only.....

Well as for da support in mac... i wil find anoder one with same functionality... not exact 1:1 but similar to dat firefox extension......

Well as for ceking dataone usage.... its only limited to ny dataone broadband user...... meaning oder ISP users cant n not possible to check da dataone usage.... yea i kno it sucks! But wat can v do... its da indian GOVT.!

So absolutely dey suck hard at gettin every penny double extras frm ordinary citizens of india...... 😀

But who can change da govt??? Its out of question!
