7star Problem

hellojust came across this forum. good to know many ppl are hereusing 7star.does any1 face problem with 7star internet recently?i am from vile-parle (w) area? but i think problem may be with otherareas too.7star uses pppoe and lately it keeps disconnecting me every10-20 mins.the problem started from abt a week.did any1 find any solution to this?pls atleast let me know if u have problem. because1) i will not feel i am alone (u get kind of relief that ISP would listen to complain) and2) when we put combined complain it would be solved faster.

afaik 7star uses 24OnlineClient and not PPPoE.

yes earlier they were using 24online..from abt february they have migrated some ppl to pppoe as well.so right now they are using bothbut do u face any problem? if u r 7star user? i am facing problem from 3daysfirst day it was rain but last 2days there was not much rain still there is no1picking up the phone for customer care.do NOT use 7star is my suggestion to all here..i am highly repenting!thanks..
