Problems Opening Facebook and some other sites

From past One Week I am experiencing problems opening some sites like facebook, Sony.co.in, team-bhp.com etc etc. at different times of the day while these sites open fine with vodafone GPRS.I have tried resetting Router, Changing DNS to Open DNS, Google DNS & DNS Advantage but all in vain. I have even tried accessing these sites on different computer and laptop. My SNR is around 21 and Atten around 45. I am on Home Unlimited 750 + Plan.I have complained to BSNL BB Helpline about this problem but t have not been rectified till now. What could be the problem. Also sometime the speed gets reduced below 5-6 KBpsI am from Panchkula Sector 12 - A is anyone from Panchkula experiencing same problem like me.In my area only BSNL and TATA Wimax is available and TATA is even worse than BSNL according to reviews here. So I can't change ISP.DOes anyone have any suggestionsProblem Solved

I believe it's some thing with your phone line.Most probably, a very low Upstream/ Downstream rate.

problem is solved now internet stopped working for 2-3 hrs completely and after that its working fine Thanks for helping
