Incorrect Reading of Broadband Usage Details (BSNL Homeplan 500)

[FONT=&quot]I am a subscriber of BSNL Broadband service for the last two (2) years i.e. Home Plan 500 and had been satisfied with the service but of late, i.e. for the last 3 / 4 days, it has come to my notice that the reading of my usage details is incorrect. I used to avail the night unlimited offer from 02:00AM – 08:00AM for downloading and uploading data after which I stop downloading/uploading any items, but during the last 3 to 4 days, the duration of my night unlimited usage timing is shown in the usage detail page (data.bsnl.in) as having used from 08:00AM onwards. And so, whatever data I have downloaded from 02:00AM to 08:00AM has been recorded as having done it from 08:00AM onwards and as such, the usage in my account has gone up to many GB’s. I therefore would like to request you to kindly look into this matter and rectify it at the earliest.[/FONT]
 
Take a screen shot of the usage and complain to the Nodal officer or Appellate authority in written with receipt. Address and phone no on the back side of your bill.
