Counter-Strike servers being blocked ??

Hi I'm in Delhi. For the past few days I'm unable to connect to any CS servers. All other sites open fine. Anyone else having this problem ?Any solutions ? Apart from dumping Airtel ?

lately all the V-street server IP's have changed .. check with the new ips
