Hi Everyone, With gr8 expections, got iptv connection yesterday. I've utstarcom wa3002g4 modem. The myway iptv sales guy came and checked, said modem is sufficient for iptv connection. The display on tv gets hanged every 5 minutes, remote works. When we change the channel or reboot everything, the screen is continuous. After that, again 5 minutes later, screen hangs. The technician who installed said the modem's software is old and needs to be upgraded. The STB's software is not a problem, as told by him. Is this explanation correct. Regards, Vipin.
