I feel sad. Sometime back I showed the way for Consumers to lodge their grievances at the proper forum, and now so much time and not ONE has bothered to respond. Some have spent time ranting and venting here at this thread but have not confirmed if they have lodged their 'objections, comments, suggestions' with the right authority ... that is the service provider. I had given email ids of the Secretary of Comm Dept and even that of the Union Minister in addition to the email id of the Corporate honchos. Whats with you guys? Dont you want to take this to a logical end? Is this only to vent among ourselves and hope God will come and resolve? I am sad.
