I faced the problem of starting download during usage of BSNL 500c+ plan.
So i've created this post so as to make people convenient 😀 to start download at 2:02am and stop at 7:57am ..:inodding:

Everyone may not be using the above software as they are of getting their broadband account hacked ..But the above batch files are jus created by notepad and are safe and reliable
