Need To Switchover To New Isp...giving Up Sify Pls Advice

Hi folks,I'm not a regular forum poster nut do read thru u'r interesting posts and topic's as and when I get time 🙂 .Ok I need some help regarding choosing a Broadband ISP as i'm switching over from sify coz of dropdown in d'load speed's,conxn going off frequently and very very POOR customer service.I live in mumbai,bandra..hill rd nr mehboob studio and currently im using the sify 128kbps pure unlimted pack.This is probably the best pack sify has to offer me budget,usage and speed wise.What im looking out for is something similar which remains unlimited usage all thruout the day,not much of a HEAVY downloader but if im the mood :lol: sitting on the comp in the night for a long time i tend to download more.
Is there a better isp i can switchover too like BSNL,MTNL TRIBAND,EXATTNET,TATA INDICOMM.I've used powersurfer and spearhed in the past & dint like 'em dats did not mention here.Sp'head toooo expensive and Pwrsrfr verrrry 🙁 slow

Please advice.Awaiting feedback from u guys so I make the right choice as Im giving up my sify account by this month of end june

i doubt u would have both mtnl and bsnl as an option...
 
As mentioned earlier I stay in mumbai in the queen of suburbs bandra,hill rd...near mehboob studio 🙂 .That answers the question to where do I stay
 
If u live in mumbai then lolz bsnl ka connection is best for you and that too if you could avail. Call them and take that connection it is the best one!!!!HAHAHAHA Nice joke Why dont you google first before asking a question
 
Oops! I didn't see u had already written where u stay. Anyways, try for exatt. they are good. And if you like, they have 1 Mbps and 2 Mbps Night plans as well. If you need 24 hr 256 Kbps connection, you can go for Exatt, Hathway, Sify. MTNL doesn't have 256 full day. Dont go for Tataindicom, Powersurfer, Reliance. They are hopeless. I use Hathway 256 ul, and my pc is on 24 hrs. I get speeds of 24 to 26 KB/sec. On some torrents, I get speeds reaching upto 28 to 30 KB/sec. It makes a difference, as I dl mainly 4..3 GB files

Well If I had to google I wouldn't post here in the first place.There are different means by which every uses the internet to seek or obtain information abt any product.Some like first information directly from web-sites,there are other's who like opinions from other user's who have already used the product,there are some who like intereactive responses from other's to see what they are talking abt the product...so respect each 1's decision.
 
My experience with MTNL has been pretty nice so far...why dont you check it out as well?

If i post up here that

Would that mean i am here for an opinion or for a joke or to errrrrr... other members.

You should know that mtnl and bsnl are not available in same areas.
That is what i wanna make you google. 🙂

I have not enquired abt exatt...but hathway and bsnl ar enot available in my area.MTNL they dont have the palns which suit my reuirements.....i'll simply have to pay huge phone bill's Re 1/mb for extra downloads.How is iqara?i'm thinking of going in for that
