My lappy has built-in WiFi. My pc is connected to BSNL's Huawei Wa1003a WiFi router thru ethernet port, can I access my PC's shared folder's on my lappy thru WiFi. Or would I need to buy a separate WiFi pci adapter for my PC as well ?

WHILE my PC is downloading data from bsnl, would I be able to :
- share the connection on my lappy thru wifi
- remotely administer my pc thru my lappy
- share files and folders

So, can my pc's shared folders be accessed on my lappy, even if the pc has no wifi card but is connected to wifi modem/router thru ethernet port . . . . or do I need a separate WiFi pci adapter ? Please help resolve my doubt.

I use a different WiFi router (Netgear) and can use net on Laptop/PC at the same time. There should not be any problem with your setup as well.

Thanks for your reply 🙂My query has been solved, mods may please lock this thread.
