I want to get TIB deactivated. I told the customer care (on 29th may) to get it deactivated from immediate effect and they told me it will take them 24 hrs to process my request but I still can login using my details. So i suppose they still haven't deactivated it and now they have billed me with this month's bill. Should I pay this bill ??? What to do to get TIB remove the wires from my home ?
