Problem With Airtel Website

I have finally made a move from MTNL to AIRTEL. The guy that came to install the connection provided me a link from where I can change the BB password, create e-mail ID and check my usage. The link was:

However, since yesterday, its not working. After entering the username and password, it just hangs at the "Please Wait" screen. I waited for around 15 mins.

Is it normal on this page or is there some problem? Is this page normally down coz it seems so..... 😛

Airtel is notorious for creating poorly executed websites... often they are not compatible cross browsers, and sometimes the flash stuff doesn't work and most of the time the info is out-of-date.I am trying to log in to the website you pointed to and it takes a bit (2 minutes or so) but it did finally log in.

I am using Netscape 7 and seems this site is not compatible with Netscape. Tried opening it in IE and it was fine. Anyways.....thnx 😛

Can you check your usage on that portal?

^^Thats the portal for South subscribers. On the form I got it says I can check usage there, but it doesn't show any usage only ability to change password and create email account.
