Problem In Modem

I am using Huawei mt880. Since few days my net gets disconected automatically and when i try to dail again the modem doesnt responds. The modem simply gets hanged. When i unplug the modem from power supply and plug it again it works fine. But again gets hanged after sometime. Anyone facing the same problem ? Plz help me

if there is a technical problem in your modem then it is difficult to fix it .all Huawei modems are generating much heat & may become faulty .The simple suggestion is to switch it off when not in use .if you can afford then purchase a good quality modem cum router from a reliable source .
