Plan Change-help

I applied for plan change(900 UL) on 24th may and paid 900 and got recipt.They said plan will change in 2 days.But when is checked on portal there is no change in my plan.So i called the customer care 1500 they said to contact Commercial officer through phone.buthis phone is always engaged.I tried all customer care numbers they said to contact CO.But i cant cintact him.When will they change the plan.Should i contact in person again to remaind them.is the information in portal is Immediately modified after they change my plan.Anybody respond...,
 
Even I had applied to change my HOME-500 plan to 900 UL Plus around 10 days back. Yesterday I went to the exchange to verify the chage of plans. The JTO said that the net is not working, he gave me his phone no. I have tried many times but no one picks the phone.

Lesson learnt : Do not phone BSNL if you want something to be done. You have to GO there personally.

You are done for. I returned the BSNL Modem in July 2005 - they are still billing me the MODEM Rental ! Visits and letters have not yielded result. I have contacted the grievance column of a local news paper this week.
 
hi! my situation is wors ethn u ppl... iw net thr thrice for thsi purpose...gave written application once... and ab 3 mths ho agye but still no action has been taken nor i was given any receipt..m tired of this..any idea wat should i do?? first of all i was given this plan "on teh very marzi of bsnl" i had applied for teh unlimoited plus plan but tehy gave me combo 500 plan saying wen u apply for bb connection with a new ph connection u dun get unlimited plan..hell wen i apllied for the conenction thn i wasnt told abt this n it was nt mentioned any whr..the uncle thr was so rude n badtameej.. n thn i went to teh other officer n gave him a written application...i was told tht my plan wud b chngd frm nxt billing cycle... but nothing ha sbeen done... is k baad 3 billing cycles hv passed...no bdy takes any action... its really very boggling... :wall::wall::wall:
 
/members/aannnuuuu/Welcome to broadbandforum.coSorry to hear about bad experience with BSNL staff in your town.If you mention the place or State you are located , can suggest how you can send email to concerned higher officers. or direct to NIB at Bangalore an online complaint. i will update later.
 


well that's not a great experience..hey try to get in conatct wid some higher officials in BSNL..am sure that they will listen to you.
 
I went to the BSNL office once again.. this time thewhole system was different, the lady sitting there asked me to give a written application and pgotocopy of bill, enetered teh details in computer and gave me the application no. and said my plan would be changed from next billing cycle... since i had gone there on 1 oct🙁 she said if i wud hv come a day before my plan would have chnged on 1st itself🙁 there is no pro rata based calculation of bill.. i hope my plan gets changed next month without fail... till then i will have to bear this combo plan 🙁

Give your Regn No. Place /plan reqd and std code. Even though meant for Bangalore, since the NIB is based there, hope they will forward the complaint to proper section !
Say you were trying for last 3 months.

PARA TWO : check in Usage portal with 14digit portal Id and PW
See under "My Orders the plan is changed to " Provisioned"
If it says "open" action being taken.
