Reliance Wimax Broadband: Reliance Seems to have updated its wimax network. New plans immenent?

The other day I was downloading a torrent and my speed jumped to 1.1mbps (which is about 8mbits) for a few seconds when technically reliance's wimax should not be able to support more than 2mbits. What do you guys think?

i am having 1mbps.... for me it went upto 170Kbps max.... in the last 1 year... sounds good if its variable bit rate.. 🙂
