Bsnl 1mbps Connection

HiI am using 1mbps connection from BSNL for 5000/- per month in chennaiI am facing problemit is not working in morning 2 hrsafter 11am only it works with out any problemI checked other airtel /tatindicom there are not giving 1mbps.Pl let me know any other ISP provider with 1mbps connectivity with cost equalls to BSNLso that i can switch over.byeSiva

umm, have you tried contacting bsnl about the problem?What is their response?It will likely be much easier to get BSNL to fix the problem (assuming it's something simple), rather than changing isp.
