Mikrotik Router Help

Hi i m frm mumbai and i hve access to the Mikrotik router of my isp.I can c all the user of my lan and can torch(i can see to the ip of site they r accessing and thier speed) them.In network neighbour list i can c 6 network and i can ping them frm the router but cant ping them my frm pc.I jus want to know wheater i can get in other lan and is it possible to get unlimited speed?Plzz do help me............
