Tata Indicom Photon Plus cost and download speed

Dear Friends,Can anyone please tell me the costs of the Photon Plus modem and the connection speed and actual download speed as you may have experienced?Here connection speed is not too be confused with download speed. I am in Pune. Please give me as much detail as possible. I hate the poorly designed and hardly updated Tata Indicom website. It's a shame to say the least.ThanksJames

9231253576 my download speed on average is 2 kbps most of the time, only for few hours when i dont use internet after 3 am it is 800 kbps other time in peak hours, from 8 am to 2 pm and then 6 pm to 2 am speed download speed is 2 kbps on average, and upload 1 kbps, with overall speed below 100 kbps...
