Mtnl Tariff ?

I want to get DSL NU. On MTNL Page, tariff given is 😀SL - 590 p.m. OKMonthly rent if MTNL's CpE 80p.m. - OKDeposit for MTNL's cpe onetime and non-refundable - 500rs -- OK but what is safe custody charges ? is it one time/every month ? refundable or not ?dsl install and test charges -- 300 rs. one time - OK but refandable ?

I am not sure what that is , but i was never charged that amount.Neither were any of my friends.I have been using the NU plan since August 2005.

This charge has to be paid if you do not want to use the phone but want to keep the number. Fo example if you are moving to US for 6 months then its better to keep phone and net connection in safe custody then paying miminum rental every month.
