Bsnl Unlimited plan was announced in kolkata today... Check out pg 12 of The Telegraph... dunno about other news papers... but I don't think this was because of my mail.... heh heh... 😛
 
Watching ads in newspaper and actually getting UL900 are two entirely different things. Our local BSNL office says UL900 is not yet available and it doesn't matter what the news ad says. 🙁
 
Do wat LoneCrusdr suggested... add in abox for home unlimited and tick that and submit the form... wat've u gotta loose... if it works ur in.
 
A good way to be completely sure that the kolkata bsnl officials are aware of the new plan is to check on the the calcuttatelephones website. If the tariffs have been updated there then all the bsnl offices in cal will be updated as well. This is the case with the chennai branch of bsnl as well...

Okay... the announcement has been put up on the Bsnl Kolkata website. Its a newspaper cutting... really cheap on their part but atleast it's something. I'm guessing the officials at the kolkata telephone exchanges will be aware now.
