Hello friends, I have been using Triband DSL_399 pack for last 8 months, and never ever i have come across such a situation. Suddenly from today (18th May), I am not getting internet connection. No web page opens, or even downloads any of tis contents. I cannot login in Yahoo Messenger. No inomplete download proceeds by even a single byte..! I have checked all the network settings and the D-Link router settings. Nothing seems to have changed. Is anyone facing the same problem..? Is it the problem with my phone line?? Or is there some trojan in my system.?? Any suggestion is welcome.Thank in advance,Regards,Prasanna.___________________________

chk 192.168.1.1n see ur passif u hav changed ur pass than it might b possible that mtnl might hav resetted to ur cano.if nuttin works do hard reset (insert a pin in hole beside the power plug)n than try

just call up the (non-existent) MTNL CC or your local exchange and find out if they've deactivated your account...they do so sometimes 😛

Well i am on MTNL NOW.I have noticed that siometime it's a problem from server itself. So what i suggest that let some time pass and check if u can connect and everything is OK. Else call 1504.

Hello .. Ok. the problem is solved.. I restarted the router through the Setup Wizard in 192.168.1.1. The ADSL router started working thereafter, connecting to the net and downloading stuffs at the usual speed.. 🙄 But i dunno wat exactly the problem was. I hadnt changed my pass nor did i ever fiddle with router settings. Might be that some settings had accidentaaly changed.! who knows..? _____________Prasanna
