Speed decrease happened right after i updated avira, i disabled my firewall, changed modem, rebooted, tried using my other airtel connection but speeds were still very slow then i called airtel cc they checked and said everything was normal, when i uninstalled avira speeds were normal again. I was using avira premium 8 , i hope upgrading to ver 9 will solve the problem.
did u contact avira support regarding this problem since u say u r using a premium copy of avira. I am using avira premium and they provide excellent support. I have not faced any such problems with avira.
