BSNL EVDO: automatically disconnect and then have to restart the system to connect it again

hi sir,i m using bsnl evdo since 1 year, once my system get formatted i m encountering a problem..my connection disconnect automatically and it does not reconnect even on clicking the button agin and again, it only connect after restarting the system,i m using windows xp, please help me out,:huh:

have you tried checking task manager and checking for any active service that is still running?

actually it was running ok,but after formatting the system this error exist,and one more thing i wanna to tell u that when I myself disconnect it will work normally but when it is disconnected automatically then only i have to restart it,and sumtimes it can even remain connected to half or one hour...sir please help mei dont know the task manager setting..
