😡 stupid when they are giving you unlimited download and upload between 2.00 a.m. to 8.00 a.m. and at speed of 2 MBPS even then you want unlimited.It means you are really crazy

( In Year 2005 how do you know there were unlimited plans ?)
And none has responded till date.
Now You post after THREE YEARS/one month, a reply to a member who seems to be
not a regular participant now.
His last post in Jan2007 and reported using SIFY>
It means you are really crazy

1.For all tariff and modem rent purchase etc.
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.

2.If you are in a RURAL area a new scheme announ ced for lucky 31 applicants ( 24 may get rest reserved for educational institutions etc )

3. If you are a new BB user

4.If you are a GOVT employee etc you get 20% discount in BB rent and 20% discount in excess usage charges.

5.Calcutta users can get BB free for 15 days Home 250.
6. Modem rent has been reduced to Rs 50 PM now
Also purchase price by about Rs 200 for different types.

hi ppl My plan is BSNL home Unlimited 750 plan , my speed test show 0.42Mb/s download and 0.10Mb/s upload. ping is 438ms.why i m getting so low speed, comparing to the above other ppl speeds.help me out ppl....:huh:

Your upload speed is less but your download speed is more than what you should be getting.

0.42 Mb/s = 420 Kbps = > 32 KBps or 256 Kbps which we normally get for UL 750. I am also using the same plan. Speed changes with different servers. To check actual speed, try a download from Microsoft and check.
