yessthat upload cud creat a prob in torrent if u usen as far as i hav read herego for airtel mannewayz wait for like a month n than go for sumtin

My friend frm pune uses μTorrent to download on BSNL connection. He keeps Upload speed capped to 12 kBps and download speed capped to 25 kBps.He gets 24-25 kBps as constant download speed on any torrent. This seems reasonable for BSNL. 🙂 Same applies for MTNL too.Dunno bout Airtel Bandwidth capping for torrent use

My connection is dead now. I don't know why the HELL this is happening. The time is now 11:56pm and I am getting around 8 KB/s in my 512 Kbps connection... I am gone mad. If I see any BSNL wala now I'll just pounce on him and tear him apart. I don't know why India is this poor in providing internet connection. They say that India is improving, but I don't think so. Only the rich is getting richer and the poor is getting poorer... No proper anything in India. I love my country but I am ashamed of its inability to provide good stuff to people. In foreign countries, They give away unlimited connection of around 20 Mbps for just 20$ but in India I am provided with a 0.5 Mbps connection for a whopping 40$/month and that too has a limit for Upload / Download. India is a good country but these politicians never let it improve... NEVER!!!

Are you using multiple http connections or torrents? If nit, then don't expect good bandwidth since many websites keep limit on a single connection.

Yes I know about the limitations... But my connection goes dead rarely but on that night it went dead, totally. Only in the morning the connection revived back toits good condition. I am mad coz its been a week since I used the unlimited connection at night. We had a pretty stormy rain on one evening and my phone line went "poof..." I made a complaint and they repaired it after a week...

I can live without water and air, but not without a high speed internet connection... LOL 🙂

I downloaded about 200MB today and just as I crossed the 200MB, my connection went slow. This doesn't happen in th Unlimited timings. I think they are capping speeds after you download a certain limit. Does anyone experience this? 😱
