Clogged Bandwidth

I do get clogged bandwidth sometimes, but not for so long time.....so if any customercare ppl is reading this plz do provide bandwidth to the full extent so that we can enjoy speeds like airtel which doubles its plans!!Can any ppl make clogged bandwidth to be released atleast once in a week to get atleast 100kb/s??

Dude, you know what "Clogged" means?Let's just say that many users get far less speeds than what they paid for for you to get your speed surge once in every blue moon. What would it feel like to be at the recieving end? 😀
