How To Find My Dataone Plan?

Sorry guys, I am new to this forum. I used "Home Plan 256 Kbps for Rs 250". But now I switched to Rs 500 Plan in Dataone. When I go to the site to check my plan in dataone website, after logging in I get an error message "Error on Page".Plz help me to find the plan that i have, whether the plan has switched from Rs 250 to Rs 500??PRASANNA.

I dont think there is any other way except to call BSNL cc.

contact your bsnl office. Ask for them a PF id and login to dataone.in . there you will have full facility to view your account, to change password, to see your usage,etc

Old users with Ip 59.xx.xx.xx Dataone. same ID and password with which you connect to Internet.http://10.240.0.195/webLogin.jsp

go to customer care, they will show u your exact plan...if u are unable to connect BSNL - Broadband Account Management
