Nivyah Broadband

Some company under the brand 'Nivyah Broadband' has taken out a full page ad in today's Bombay Times advertising 2 Mbps Unlimited for Rs 399/month. Visiting their website in Firefox brings up the Google site warning, but on checking the details, it seems to be related to other domains hosted at the same colocation center. Still, doesn't bode well. On bypassing the warning, I see that the 'Plans' page is empty. Does anyone have a clue about this company? This screams fly-by-night operator, but the full page ad buy is throwing me off.P.S. BTW, I went to the ToI epaper to locate the ad for linking purposes, but it doesn't show up there (understandable, since BT differs within each Mumbai region) or in the ad gallery (strange).

heh. yet another broadband company we have here. i bet they would disappear soon in a couple of months. a small company cannot provide the service quality... and bandwidth is not cheap either (they have to buy it from one of the existing players).

Today while reading Times of India I came across this advertisement In Times of Navi Mumbai (which comes integerated in main TOI paper) page no 5 of a broadband comapny named NIVYAH BROADBAND stating 2 Mbps unlimeted for Rs. 199. I was like what the hell, how can that be possible MTNL gives the same thing for Rs. 3999.:notallowed:
There was a website of the same company (Nivyah). I tried googling by the same name and when I try to open the website a page open stating this "THIS WEBSITE MIGHT HARM UR COMPUTER" so I didn't open the website.😱
There also a phone no. 022-66236525, I tried calling it but it keeps on ringing and nobody picks up and they also given a option u can sms them KMA at 560700. Well I didn't sms as I didn't want them to keep me ringing. There is an email too sales@nivyah.com. And this company is owned by Parshwa P P P Networks Pvt. Ltd and serviced by Ankhnet Informations Pvt. Ltd.

Well I didn't know where to post this topic so I posted it at MTNL Broadband section as it is most happening one.
Well guys what do u have to say about this offer by this company.

many ppl are using there service and they r happy with it

its not about satisfying a couple of customers.

their way of providing services is highly faulty and it's unlikely they would become a big player.

Nivyah BroadBand Tariff Plans
The website is up for now.Plans look too good to be true.I'm pretty sure they'll coax you into the yearly plans,provide good service for about a month or so and then disappear but I'd love to be proven wrong though.
Putting out full page ads in BT is a big move,maybe they have plans...or at least they think they do.

Many people from Navi Mumbai have tried it and my friends have been telling good things about this ISP since months.

Guys this Nivyah thing is for real. I have been using their services for the last 6 months and they are good. I am on the 256 kbps unlimited plan @ Rs 400 per month. But I too was taken aback by the advert in today BT. I checked the site here. No issue with the site. But man the plans are awesome. I am calling my cable guy to shit plans.

i called their CC and the lady told me their representative will com at u r place for more information, but no one came since two days pass. i opted for the single user day 2Mbps and night 4Mbps plan at Rs 910/-.

Thats the one I'm interested in too.How much deposit and installation charges are they asking?Are they asking you to pay 3/6 months upfront or monthly?
