How To Configure Adsl Connection

I am really troubled with the settings for Broadband with Huwaei WA1003A modem. I am only able to browse BSNL sites and nothing else. I am not very good at configuring a new connection so would appreciate if someone could tell me how to configure my Broadband Connection for my home PC with Win Xp. I have tried all setting but the message comes "limited connectivity"
