Risk With Mtnl Router

Hey guys...i jst learned that it is very easy to access neone's router...since as u all might be knowing the password and the username that we give for accessin the router....if u wanna try ....do one thing...try scanning from 59.xx.xx.xxx in ne range...and u will get loads of ppl with their mtnl routers on.....put this in the website http://ipaddress/cgi-bin/webcm and put the username and password and bingo u hve access to their router.........MTNl shud make sure that..they that tell ppl to chnge their password for the administration login.....Guys if u do get access pls don't try doin nething...since u can get caught....
