Bsnl Unlimited Plan Announced

Yes. Bsnl has announced unilimited plan, although its not mentioned it on website. Here is a mail from cmd which i got after my repeated request. Mail arrived at 12:45 pm
Unlimited plan has now beenannounced with monthly charges as Rs.900, annual charges Rs,9000, unlimiteddownload, Free E-mail/space - 2/5 Mb, voice rental Zero, MCU charges/pulse1.00.
Abhishek has mentioned this in another thread but i start a new one because that thread has lost attention as most people discarded that as a rumour.Here is what abhishek wrote in thread

This wasnt any rumour mongering; the BSNL guys kept on giving us dates and assurances. 3 working days/ next week/ CMD out of town etc etc..all that crap. My duty was to keep you informed and not spread a "rumour".

Hope this suffices for the time being.

let's hope they don't chicken out this time.i would otherwise be very surprised if these prices are mantained and are for unshared lines.
 
coolbut than how come mtnl (delhi) has 1399 for u/l????but waitin for airtel in my area or mtnl u/l
 
I'm on HOME 500 and I dont wanna pay 900 per month; whats in store for me? Any revisions you're aware of?
 
positron this seems to be a new plan. it wont affect your plan. you may continue with your plan.cyrux, I hope this is NOT a romour. If it is then I will hunt you down! (just kidding). But if its true then you'll get a party from a bunch of guys here! I am keeping my fingers crossed. Hopefully MTNL will come to its senses and lower its tariffs by June / July!BTW whens the official announcement from BSNL?
 
Well, i dont think the official announcement shall be made before tuesday. Tomorrow is sunday and monday is labour holiday.

Max. I am eagerly waiting for the party 😀 😛 . As for the news to be genuine , it came from the mail box of cmdbsnl@bsnl.in . So it got to be genuine. More over here at hyd, the cc has even confirmed the news.

Can you ask the BSNL official if there is a unlimited connection plan for 512 Kbps? Coz I prefer that coz I download a LOT!!! and fast. Plz let me know if there is a unlimited connection for 512 kbps...
 
will the unlimited plan of monthly charges of rs900 be available in kolkata?i want to know that the unlimited plan is for what speed?

Yes, I noticed that to😵nly on 30th April. Today-1st May_ back to normal.For a moment,
thought it had something to do with the "new" offer!!
