i've renewed my sify pack after a long time...and to my surprise i'm unable to use both easy sify and sify guard (which uses super sify to login) but i'm unable to log in...only their own client would let me log in...any idea what's going on and if something has changed at sify's end???
 
supersify -u ... -p .. -o still works for most people

EVEN IM IN MUMBAI NEITHER OF THE ALTERNATIVE CLIENTS WORK. I GUESS THEY CHANGED SOMETHING SO NO ALTERNATIVE CLIENT WORKS AND WE GET STUCK WITH SIFY BB CLIENT
 

the -o trick doesnt work here in Navi Mumbai. Its says "receive data format error"Now for the past one month, I'm squandering 3-6 MBs of my precious 128 mb RAM on that lousy java client.
 
r u sure ? coz me too in navi mumbai and supersify -o works for me
 
Its not working for some here power. I am also in NM. Experience Sify works on my pc but not on my laptop. Even though the IP address are kept the same.Btw every do u guys stay in NM and how is the connection in your area?

Its not working here too. Sify service is good as long as theres no physical disconnection of the line. Once the line gets cut, I can safely assume I'm going to be visiting the nearby cybercafe for the next whole week. Thats my experience here (Koparkhairane).

the accounts are bound to your mac address
Use a software to spoof your mac address .....

This will enable you to connect from laptop....

Or connect your laptop to your comp as gateway
 
yeah have done that, i have setup my own network infact. I share the same net connection in appox 3 pc's. 😀
