Bought Old Plus2Surf USB modem

Hi,I have bought old usb modem plus2surf from one person. It is blocked & now I came to know that it has postpaid connection & didnt pay 3500 rupees bill.Now i have that USB device with sim card & i dont want to pay that money & i want to use it too.How can i use it with new sim card or connection.Please guide meThanks in AdvanceManisha

If the ownership has been transfered to you, then these dues are your headache.If not, then unless the dues are cleared, this no. won't be re-activated.And as far as buying a new connection goes, i don't think they sell just the SIM, you need to purchase the USB device.How did you manage to get your hands on this 2nd hand device?? :wall:
