Maruti Suzuki Sales Dip Nearly 33% in August 2019

they are also discontinuing diesel models after bs6 is implemented next year.

Priority is to improve fuel efficiency in petrol engines: Maruti Suzuki's CV Raman - Business Line

as per maruti, diesel engines would be too costly under bsiv and the price gap means that the demand would be minimal.

i checked and noticed that even hyundai is not offering bs6 diesel on the recently launched i10 nios at the moment. they plan to launch a bs6 engine sometime next year. price hike at that time would be interesting to see.

Suzuki Connect opens an entire new world for Maruti Suzuki customers to stay connected with their cars. Among the features provided in this advanced telematics solution, the vehicle tracking feature is simply a lifesaver. If you are travelling late at night and want your loved ones to know about your location, you can send them the live location of your car with the help of the location-sharing feature. The geo-fencing function of Suzuki connect helps you in confining the route and when your car breaches the fence, you get an alert directly on your phone. Also, it comes with a tow-away alert where you get a notification if your car gets towed away. In this video, Rajiv Makhni tells all about it.
