While googling humax products, I found one very impressive model iCord HD PVR. Some of the features are :
1.Can record 4 channels while viewing 5th channel.
2.Power on Channel.
3.Five favourite lists.
4.HDMI,Component etc.
5.Universal Remote upto 4 devices.

But we have to spend a fortune for it.

When will this product be launched in india and which DTH service provider will launch this product? any idea on this?

By the is there any one DTH which atleast going to launch their PVR DTH service.........i am just eagerly waiting for Dish TV PVR, Big TV PVR, ADTV PVR and also SD PVR..........when will they launch their PVR services......

Few dimmies are still not aware that in india only TS provides at PVR service....where as the other DTH service are not able to provide that......if they provide i am sure that TS will reduce their price........

They are all over-stretched and under-capitalized. Many of them are struggling for working capital and are merrily delaying on their payments and indirectly subsidizing their working capital by using funds. They can not invest further capex even if their life depended on this.Only exception is SUN DTH which is having very deep pockets. If you analyze carefully, Sun TV is having more profit and more viewership than any Hindi GEC channel also. But, SUN DTH will not spend any money as they do not have to invest on technology, latest PVR and advanced customer care, as no other competitor is doing this.In India, there are no transponders. Hence, You will not get HD. You will not get niche channels. We will get regular, mass circulated, GEC channel crap.This is the sad situation today!

Actually it was the word used by Techenthu. So simply I used it. Admin should take some action against Techenthu for using such words needlessly. Thanks for the information.
