This bug destroyed by Firefox Multi-account containers. I had to recreate them all from scratch.

Enabling DNS over HTTPS by default might also lead to a lawsuit against Mozilla.

So best is to let user decide.

It just takes 30 seconds for end user to enable it under Network Settings.

Mozilla bans surveillance vendor from Firefox certificate whitelist | ZDNet

Mozilla will not trust certificates issued by a company accused of selling surveillance and hacking services to oppressive regimes in the Middle East.

The browser maker announced today that it will not include the root certificates of a controversial company named DarkMatter inside Firefox's root store -- the browser internal list of entities approved to issue TLS certificate for securing signing encrypted HTTPS traffic.

This is when it actually gets crazy for India.

In India GST, Income tax softwares that are provided by emSigner ... it automatically installs CCA india "root" certificates to desktops.

Which means GoI can track those computers easily (even HTTPS connections) without end user knowing about it.
