bangalore airtel users- question

Are you getting 100-120k(11k-15k) on your 128k connection or has your connection dropped to 5-6k since the past 1 week?My connection went down from 115k to 45k or so last week. The airtel guy who came and checked it up yesterday told me his 3 other customers are facing the same problem. And we expect airtel people to know what is going on in airtel. :angry:

any my airtel broadband guy still cannot bring me the firmware of the modem which let me surf yahoo! mail, hotmail, blogger.com, reuters.com, wikipedia.com, msn messenger. 🙁
