MTNL starting to suck in Delhi

guys, the speeds in delhi nowadays between 11 AM to 6 PM are abysmal.on a single TCP connection the speed drops to anywhere between 25-80 Kbps. Atleast 15 simultaneous connections are needed to get the speed around 400 Kbps markOn certain days its even difficult to even get a voip conversation going during the above mentioned period.Ping delays, packet loss, are also common for the intermediary reliance and VSNL routers especially during the 11 to 6 period but speed up to MTNL's routers during all portions of day is excellent.All of this points to either mismanagement of available bandwidth by MTNL or plain shortage of bandwidth. Donno, how mumbai guys are reporting fast speeds, maybe they dont check between the 11-6 interval.Wat do delhi ppl have to say about this??

Totally cyb...Speeds in the daytime remind me of my horrendous DIALUP days...I rather feel they wer faster :blink:
 
hmmm, even i've noticed that the dwld rates r around 6-9kBps during day time but they r fine at night(around 26-30kBps).
 
yup everything is fine in mumbai. 🙂it seems there is a problem in delhi.

there's also that 1 gb you have to use up, incase you have forgotten. 😛 🙂
