IR BLASTER Needed for my TV Tuner Card - Pinnacle PCTV 110i Analog

I use "Pinnacle PCTV 110i Analog" TV tuner card (Internal) to record my TV ,



They have given me a remote and a wire that takes the remote input to change channels , play / pause etc etc ...
Now i use

along with


Wires to get the Output of Audio and Video respectively from my Set top box to the TV tuner card ....

The Problem :

Taking Video input from the S-Video port the Tv tuner always detects the input as one single channel at a time..
Now if i have to record something(s) which are being telecasted on different channels i have to manually change the current channel to the desired one through the remote of my STB..
What i need is a functionality through which ..in my absence the channels on my STB automatically get changed according to the recording schedule in the Tv tuner software's electronic program guide(the change parameter can be the channel number of the channel as per the STB)..

I have heard that there is a thing called an IR blaster which makes this automated channel change work, i searched the Nehru Place market (Delhi) but coudn't find any such thing...

Do any of you know from where to find this thing called an "IR BLASTER" , If so then how much does it cost and from where i can get one which will be compatible with my PInnacle TV tuner 110i Analog pro ...

tried to find a windows media center kit from a local computer store if possible. that should solve all your issues.
