SuperSify: Alternative Sify Broadband Client

Excellent work bro.I am struck with Sify for the next two months and the default Sify dialer is pure crap. Thanks for this fine dialer. The sify servers usually disconnects at night so special thanks for "-a" option in your dialer.repped 🙂

The quickest solution is to upgrade to Java 1.5 or 1.6 (where you don't need to specify the Mac address). SuperSify should also work on 1.4, but no sense in debugging this particular type of problem unless you cannot upgrade.



Upgraded to Sun's 1.6 and it worked flawlessly. I guess 1.4 is not compatible with the latest version of the client.

Now I have both the laptops connecting via wireless. yippee!

sorry for my ignorance but there is some problem for me with the supersify installation in My mac ibook g4 i am requesting if any one can script a GUI macintosh version bcoz many still find it hard to use the terminal kindly acknowledge and help if possible PS kindly give a step by step installation of SS for mac i mean there are many who cant understand the way the website of the developer

SuperSify is excellent software to log into the Sify.

I have created a GUI based Dialer named "Connect Plus" which uses SuperSify internally.
It is very user friendly and easy to use for a newbie.
