BSNL connection problem, Please help!

When I open web pages, quite often a pop up message saying "connecting through WAN miniport (PPOE)"http://C:\Users\gnanasingh\Documents\error message.jpg

It says "error 815, the broadband network could not be established on your computer because the remote server is not responding, this could be because of invalid value for the 'service name' firld for this connection

I tried calling BSNL and the lady who picks up the phone doesnt seem to understand what Im saying. Could someone please help?

Also the driver CD that they gave me with the modem does not work. Is there any website where I can download it 'model WA3002G4'

i think u should contact with your nearest BSNL office....

The little I know about Dataone Broadband Services offered by BSNL

Then try WiFI.
VPI/VCI for BSNL is 0 and 35.

This is IMO. There's an option in browsers that dials out a dialer to connect to the internet whenever you open the browser. Since you are already connected to the internet, the dialer responds with "server is not responding".
