I have already booked a couple of complaints in that helpdesk, but apart from sending automated email response, no other step was taken by BSNL yet. I don't know about others but this is my experience.
cool.... great thing though i dont use dataone. i have a dataone connection , a free 250Rs plan but i unpluged the modem and packed it and kept in my locker... i am fine with my dial up connection. wont think about dataone unless its unlimitedthanks
I heard plenty of complain against BSNL outside Kolkata.....but I really feel its much better here.......and i know how bad it is outside the city.......
(heard from a cellone users on roaming ....he said that he only had 2 chances to call from his phone in his 7 days tour)......even Dataone complain is attended quite fast ( within 7 days from complain :lol.Still wat we get is ...fair enough (considering the goverment factor)
And by the way the Kolkata site (www.calcuttatelephones.com)is quite advanced
I am getting the problem for the last 10-12 days and still it is happening . My Docket No:-"Q0336".Some time there is very slow connection and sometime there is no net connection, I tried to call all the relevant person to fix that in our local exchange but so far there is no positive reply from them , I really need the net connection , without that I can't work anymore , all my wok come to a halt ,btw I am a web developer and need the net connection all the time .
