Problem with the given Bsnl user ID

Hi Guys,
I am new user of BSNL broad band. They have given a user id,portal id and password. I dont know how to use them. My friend said that they provide some email service. How to login the email service? What is the use of user id and portal id? http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ is not working for me. ie, that page is always not loading. How can i check my data usage. The link in the DataOne.in alos not working. I used DataUsage sfotware. That also not working now. Only one time i viewed my data usage with this http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ link. After that the page is not loading. Can anyone help me. I am in chennai

If you get connected to internet automatically, without using a "Dialer" it is OK.

I cant logon with this link Login. I used the user id and password they(bsnl) gave for me. It says invalid user name and password.

I registered with the bbusage.bsnl.in. but no reply from them. Also the software(bbusge.exe) says not a registered user. So i ll wait for some time.

I cant view the page of bbservice.bsnl.in. The webpage is not loding.It shows "Action Canceled Error: in Internet Explorer.

The software i used is DataOneQuick Usage Finder. This software also not showing the DataUsage.

I have one doubt. Why couldnt i login Login with the given user name and password? Should i contact BSNL Customer service. Or i am doing anything wrong. I used both my portal id and user id given by BSNL. Still it says invalid user name. Help me soon

Outlook express .

1. remove any other BSNL mail account you might have.
2. go to tools--> accounts-->Mail-->ADD--> Mail...
3. Put in your display name and hit next
4. put is your email address abcd@bsnl.in and
hit next
4. put in incoming mail server as mail.bsnl.in
and out going mail server as smtp.bsnl.in
make sure it is pop3 and hit next

5. In the next screen enter
your user name as abcd@bsnl.in
and enter your password
and hit next.

6. next screen click finish.

7. Now select the account you just
created from the mail tab and click properties.

8. In the servers tab select the option
my server requires authentication
and
click on the settings button right next to this option.
there make sure you select the option
"use the same settings as my incoming mail server".

Click O .K.
then apply and OK and start sending mails.

Send an email from somewhere else to abcd @ bsnl.in
or
Send an email to abcd @ bsnl.in ( no space in email id)

DQUF which version you used ?
download beta version for IP 117.xx.xx.xx

but no reply from them.
Also the software(bbusge.exe)
says not a registered user.
So i ll wait for some time.

IF You have exceeded the usage for May no alert now. .
Only excess usage
Alert messages/ supposed to be sent.
Not for regular usage check.

Download Shaplus meter now for self check this month in computer.
