Looks interesting!Eagerly waiting for the movie.

it is based on 21 from what i hear.

21 was a decent movie. but i doubt i would like indian characters playing role of experts in casino games. 🙂

----------

Sharadha Kapoor is the daughter of Shakti Kapoor by the way 😉

I admire Ben Kingsley after his brilliant performance in Gandhi. He really put life into such a great character.

you have not seen his recent movies. he has done some terrible shit. as for gandhi. that movie is like historic.

26 years old movie!

According to me Aankhen was not a disaster. It was a new concept and I can understand if a niche segment could relate to it. It was meant to be that way. And moreover, it was a one-of-its-kind film, which i think was never experimented before and Amitabh didn't really overdo it. In fact I actually hated him when he behaved ruthless and insane, his acting was truly powerful. And when it comes to comparison, i think if God has made 7 people in the world look similar to each other, then films are man made so there can be similarities. But that doesn't always mean that it has been lifted from somewhere. The trailers tell a lot and Teen Patti indeed looks great!

With such actors the role is more highlighted bringing the essence of character. Irfan khan has done many hollywood films and now is an icon even though he started with not that great fame in bollywood.

I had heard somewhere that Aankhen had 2 endings, one version was specifically mad for Northern India.

Not North India, but one for India and one abroad is what I heard.

In the Indian version, AB is put behind bars.

In the other version, it is really the three who are put behind bars while walks scott free after having struck a deal with the cop - Aditya Pancholi.

A movies title should always be universal I don't understand the logic behind having 2 endings max a dubbing will help different set of viewers but different ending changes the storyline.
