disconnection problem

HI I am getting serious problem of disconnection .It is sure that it not the fault from bsnl side as my friend has also same connection and his connection is working fine .Then what possible problem I am facing .Anyone having idea. I came here to forums because i didn't get help from anywhere else .Hope I didn't have to search anywhere else after posting my question here.

Yes, ask the bsln customer Care. Better contact the SDE (Broadband) of your exchange with your problem. Truly speaking, most of the bsnl end wirings are not at all suitable for any sort of internet traffic, whatever may be it is, broadband or dialup.
