There is no authorized sellers in India FYI.Whoever is posting dealer address are the dealers themselves. If u can get it from US directly buy it or else get the cheapest one after checking the US price ..

YOU ARE WRONG - authorised franchisee distributor is in Mumbai. Its A1 calling solutions. I bought from them , they have TRAI permission and legal to buy from them. They even exchanged my piece when it broke !

Is there a device like majicjack for calling AUSTRALIA

hi guys, have a quick question on using Majicjack installation. The instructions say that I need to plug in the phone line to the magicjack. So does that mean i need two lines or atleast a connector with two outlets.Else, if the plug-in the phone line to the magic jack, the phone will not work..appreciate a response on that.regds,Karan

hi friend how ru ,,, hey my sister lives in canada my jiju brought magic jack for me ,,, and it works fine with , bsnl connection , clear voice, i can dial and reciev calls from anywhere in usa and canada , and can dial free to any mobile or phone in usa or canada , just u need a good internet connection , never mind they have written there clearly if magic kack not work plug it out wait for 30 second and then reinstall it in another port of usb ,,, i hope it works ,,,, never mind ,

That is not true. I got mine from US and it was a lot cheaper that its quoted here in INDIA , so just like a lot of other things if you have a chance , get it from the US. It will work fine here.

Also would like to point out that MagicJack has free online CC chat facility, which I have used , it was quite easy to troubleshoot through problems.

Unfortunately, Magic Jack does not work outside of United States. Their server looks at the source address of the caller’s your IP address and drop the call. You can only make call to other Magic Jack subscriber.

There is a way around this. The solution is to create a VPN tunnel between your PC in India and a PC in US; then you route all the traffic via the VPN tunnel.

I have been using Magic Jack since last two year and it works fine for me in India. Magic Jack can be using anywhere in the world by using broadband connection to make and receive call from anywhere.
the unlimited outgoing call to US/canada is included in yearly subscription which is approx $20 per year. if you are in USA wanted to use Magic Jack to call India number, you can buy credit.

HiI need some help here. I am from Canada, I am planning to buy a Magic Jack but can some one tell me if I buy a Magic Jack and plan to use it here in Canada with registered as India (Kolkata's) local number, would I be able to make calls back home? so just like I am living in India and calling my relative here. Can some one provide me some informations on that topic please.Thank you.

Majic jack will always have a USA/Canada Number. And U can call for free to any number in in USA or Canada from any place in World. But if U call to India from USA/Canada or from anywhere in the world U will have to pay for the calls

I use magicjack every day to call my dad in Mumbai and it works great for me.
I got it from MagicJack Plus FREE Phone Calls with MagicJack Plus and paid by COD.
As long as you have internet i can recommend using it because it has saved me a lot of money instead of using Skype that the sound is not always so god.
